The Platner Table, designed by Warren Platner, has a base composed of thin metal rods, shaped vertically and horizontally, treated in different finishes, completed by transparent protection:
- Chrome plating.
- Burnishing.
- 14K gold plated.
- Black paint (other colours per quantity).
- Galvanised and black painted for the exterior (click).
The round top is made of glass with a thickness of 15 mm, it has a bevel edge. Alternatively, you can request a quote for the top in marble, in ceramic or in solid oak wood.

The Platner Table was presented in 1962 as part of a collection that includes chairs, tables and stools. It took the American architect Warren Platner ten years of studies and attempts to come to terms with such complex structures: the result is amazing for its grace and lightness... At the same time structure and ornament is in line with Knoll's idea of modern furniture as the completion of architectural space.
